The Essential Agreement is developed collaboratively between children and educators at the start of each year. It helps create a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where all children feel valued, supported and connected in their daily experiences.

The Behaviour Rubric is used to provide clear, consistent expectations for behaviour across the program. It outlines appropriate behaviours and the step-by-step responses used to support children in making safe and respectful choices.
